USCG Auxiliary Affinity Groups
Affinity Groups promote inclusive and diverse volunteer work environments.They represent and advocate for innovative changes in our Team Coast Guard and align with the National Commodore's Diversity and Inclusion Policy, the Diversity and Inclusion Directorate's Vision and Mission, and the Coast Guard's Chief Diversity Officer through the Affinity Group Council and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, to communicate their ideas to all of Team Coast Guard's Senior Leadership.

Established in 2021 as an affiliate of the USCG Women's Leadership Initiative, it supports leadership training and professional development opportunities for Coast Guard Auxiliary women with the goals of 1) increasing retention and membership in the Coast Guard Auxiliary and 2) providing a bridge for leadership and success in their Coast Guard Auxiliary service.
